Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Jeremy Higgins ("I," "me") collects and uses information on JeremyHigginsSF.com and PacificHeightsReport.com (together, "this site").
What I collect
When you submit the contact form or subscribe to The Pacific Heights Report, I collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number if you include it, and the contents of your message. The site's hosting provider also collects standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance. This site does not use analytics tools or advertising trackers.
How I use it
To respond to your inquiry; to send you the newsletter if you asked for it; and to contact you about real estate services if you gave that consent on the form. I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it with third parties except service providers who operate the site and email delivery on my behalf, and Compass, my brokerage, where an inquiry becomes a client relationship.
Your choices
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, honored within 10 business days. You can request to review, update, or delete the information I hold about you by emailing jeremy.higgins@compass.com or calling 415-583-5121. If you gave consent to be contacted by phone or text, you may revoke it at any time by any reasonable means, including replying STOP to a text.
Do Not Track
This site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals — but it also contains no cross-site tracking to opt out of.
Third parties
This site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores form submissions on my behalf (Netlify Forms). Newsletter delivery is handled by Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), where subscriber email addresses are stored. Both act as service providers processing information on my behalf. No third party on this site collects information about your activity across other websites over time.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
